These terms are an agreement between you and SoftPin s.r.o. ("we") about the game Polarity. By playing it you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the game.

The game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell or rent it, take it apart, or use it to make another product.

Coins, helpers and other items

Coins, helpers (Undo, Remix and Boost), themes and other items in the game are part of it: they have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and cannot be sold or passed to others. We may change what they cost, what they do and what the game pays in them. They may be lost if you delete the game without a cloud save.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and delivered to the game on the device you make them on; "Restore purchases" brings non-consumable ones back. Refunds are handled by the store, as its policies and the law of your country allow. Premium is a one-time purchase of the features it lists in the Shop.

Ads

The game shows an ad only when you ask for one, for the reward the button names. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see the privacy policy.

Fair play

Play the game as it is made. Do not cheat, change the game or its data, use bugs to gain an advantage, or interfere with other players. Scores and rewards won this way may be removed.

Rankings and weekly rewards

Rankings come from Google Play Games and Apple Game Center. The weekly reward pays coins to the players the game last saw in the top ten of a week's Classic ranking; it is a gift in game coins, not a prize, and we may change or end it.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or remove features, and change these terms. We will show the date of the latest terms here. The game is provided without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of game items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Ending

You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia, without taking away the protection the consumer law of your country of residence gives you.
