2. Scope

This policy applies to softpin.space and to SoftPin apps and games. Individual apps may show additional notices at the point of collection.

3. Data we collect

• Contact data you send us (name, email, message content) when you email support.
• Device and usage data from apps: device model, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, gameplay events and settings, and coarse (country-level) location derived from IP address.
• Identifiers such as a random app-instance ID and, where you permit it, the advertising ID.
• Purchase data: confirmation of purchases from the app stores. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider, GitHub Pages.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.

4. Why we use it and legal bases

• To provide and operate the apps and answer support requests (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the Services secure, fix crashes and improve gameplay (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To show advertising or measure performance where the app uses it (consent, Art. 6(1)(a), where required).
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. crash reporting, analytics, hosting, ad networks where used), with Apple and Google for store services, and with authorities where legally required. Each app store listing and in-app notice names the providers that app uses.

6. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Support emails are kept up to 24 months after the case closes. App analytics and crash data are kept up to 14 months. Accounting records are kept as required by Slovak law. Data is then deleted or anonymized.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk) or your local authority. California and other US residents have similar rights; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Data deletion

To request deletion of your data (including data associated with an app), email hello@softpin.space with the app name and, if possible, your in-app ID. We respond within 30 days. You can also reset the advertising ID in your device settings and uninstall the app to stop further collection.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), to protect data. No system is completely secure.

12. Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be highlighted.
